Hay Express Trailer

Welcome to Our Company

Hay costs vary from year to year without much control from buyers or sellers. Factors such as weather during growing season, weather during harvest, grain prices, fuel costs, & livestock inventories weigh heavily on pricing. Most of these factors are out of the control of both buyers and sellers, however there are some costs that can be controlled. The timeliness, safety, and economy can be affected by your decisions.

Having to move bales one or two at a time with a truck or tractor is time consuming and uses much more fuel than moving with trailers. But moving with ordinary trailers requires a tractor at each site of the operation. The extra costs from labor, equipment, and fuel add more inputs to the cost of each bale.

Getting from field to storage can also be a safety issue when moving hay on rural roads and highways. Moving hay on roads with bales placed two wide on trailers obstructs vision of the driver and the vision of those that want to go around those loads, frustrating both. When these loads meet other autos and trucks on roads it’s a scary meeting for both.

Lower the costs and risks of all of these factors with Hay Express. It’s Faster, Safer, and More Economical Hay Transfer! Our Hay Express Trailers haul up to ten 4’X6’ round bales or eight 5’x6’ round bales.

Bales load from the field with a front loader onto the rails of the Hay Express. Bales rest safely in the cradle in a single row to allow the driver ample vision from side view mirrors. At the storage site, the unlocking lever is brought to the unload position and the unloading process is started by lifting on the lever to put the trailer into a tilting action which rolls the bales from the cradle to the right side of the trailer. Bring the lever back into the lock position and the trailer is ready to return to the field! It’s that simple.
